Stairville DMZ 16/2 functions not assigning.

Hi

Not sure if this is the right place to post. Perhaps you could redirect me if wrong.

I am trying to use a Stairville DMX Commander 16/2 and having assigned a par can to dmx channel 1 with the dipswitch also set to one(this is just to get it working) I find that the only slider that does anything is the strobe. I cannot use red, blue etc independently... I am really lost here. I could really use some help. I have tried it also with other LEDs but same result.

Check the manual, there could be more than one DMX mode i.e 1 Channel, 4 Channel, 10 Channel etc.
