Fixture Creatir file changed in Frestyler

Hi
I have created a file in Fixture Creator (from another severely modified) for a generic moving head, but when I try to add fixture in FS it has changed ie in FC I have 2 lots of gobos and many colour but in FS most of it is gone and only one lot of GOBOs
I have tried rebooting FS and the computer I have updated to latest FS version. I open it in FC and all is there but in FS is all missing
When I try to operate the moving head in FS the second gobos are out of focus and when I select Pan/Tilt then try to get it to do shape the head seems to only do a crazy "figure 8"
I have just tried to add file to this and it is not in the 'gif" area??? not sure if that make a difference
