control a 0-10v converter?

I have a series of LED house lights in a church that are controlled via 0-10v. I was hoping to find a way to control them via DMX, so I have bought a DMX 512 to 0-10v converter, made by EuControls, model number XV3-40002. As I am new to this , I am trying to learn. It looks as though it is a 4 channel device. My question is this, is there a fixture that comes with freestyler that will give me the dimming feature that I am after, or do I need to create one? I have attached the spec sheet that comes with the converter. Thanks for looking and helping.
This is just an experiment to see if I can make this function. I am aware that this one device won't be able to control all of my lights :)

So, This was way easier than I first thought. :)
I made my own 4 channel fixture, but almost any fixture will work it seems. If you don't want to make your own, just use the "flood L" or "flood R" fixture for a single channel, or find a fixture that has 4 channels....very simple.
