Problem with LED spot

I have a problem with the Eurolite LED PST-9W RGB DMX Spot.
I have made a fixture, and it works fine in Create Sequence.
But when I save it, and try to run it in the Cue window, I get no light from it.
I'm not sure what to write in Shutter + Lamp.

Any help will be very much appreciated :)

When you run the sequence, open the 'show DMX' window and look at the channel number that has intensity and/or shutter value for the fixture. Its a great way of checking if FS is actually sending the correct DMX signal/value to that channel.

Mmm...odd that it has an intensity channel and a different 'on' channel. This is what I would do to the fixture profile:

1) Delete details for lamp channel and put them in the intensity channel as channel = 4, min = 0, Max = 255
2) Delete all details in the Shutter channel.
3) For the strobe channel, use the following values - channel = 5, off = 8 (strobing is off but the light is on), low = 11, medium = 130, high = 254

Ok...

So now when you program a sequence, make sure the strobe is off on channel 5 (but the LEDs will be on) and also a value for the intensity channel (channel 4). To turn the fixture 'off', reduce the intensity to 0. Hopefully this will mean all the LEDs are off.

Hej Peter B

Try to open "Sub Master" panel and adjust the fader that correspond to sequence in the cue to 100%
Example:
If your sequence is no 3 in the cue then adjust the Sub Master no 3 to 100%.
I know you don't uses the SM and that the window are empty but try it.

I think I got it now :)
I tried to use the submaster intensity fader, and it worked.

Then I changed the fixture settings as Kings described, but with no luck.
But when I set both the Lamp and Intensity channel to channel 4, and values 0 + 255, it all works fine without having to adjust the submaster fader.

Thank you very much for helping me, to all of you :D

The thing with the SM is that if the sequenc contain an intensity channel then the SM fader is in control even if the SM isen't used.
If the intensity channel is added to lamp channel additional then FS may registrate that the channel isen't a intensity channel and therefore it works.

There are more info on the wiki about the SM.
