Re: Q Spot help
my quick guess is that you might be running the wrong set of personality for how your q-spot is set up. A quick read of the manual says that there are 4 different ways to run the fixture where the channels change. example: setting 1 has 1:Pan, 2: Pan fine, 3:Tilt, 4:Tilt fine
setting two has 1:Pan, 2:Tilt, 3:Pan fine, 4:Tilt fine
setting 3 has 1:Pan, 2:Tilt, 3:shutter, 4:gobo
(those are not the actual settings, just examples!)
My guess is that the profile and the way the light is set up are not on the same settings so the software thinks it is moving channel 4 of a tilt fine, but the light recieves it as a gobo change. Reread your lights manual and then go through the Freestyler profile for your light and sync them up to the same settings.

Re: Q Spot help
The Q-Spots perform best when they are in the ADVANCED mode. I think they are 14 channel (I don't have the manual with me) as with the Q-Spot 260 LED. You might open your Q-Spot fixture file and edit it in fixture creator to match the manual's DMX values. I hope that helps.
