Re: Acme Miracled 4/7ch HELP
For both 4/7 channel modes:
As far as I can tell, there are 25 patterns. You choosed the gobo channel to control those, so you should fill in 25 gobo's instead of the current 18. Ofcourse also expand the gobowheel tab. It currently ends at 170. Should go on to 250 in steps of 10.
But, using the gobo channel(s) is a problem for the 7 channel fixture mode:
FS maximum is 3 gobo channels. So its better to not use the gobo configuration at all as they won't allow you to control 4 'gobo' channels.
I've attached a modified fixture file:
- Removed the gobo config.
- Filled in 4 Pattern/Chase channels (P/C 1...4). (channel description tab)
- Changed shutter and strobe channel from 3 to 6.
- Changed intensity channel from 4 to 7.
- Filled in locate values (channel description tab)
But, now the patterns/chases can't be controlled from the gobo channels, ofcourse. You could use macro's for that instead.
Creating the 4 channel mode is exactly the same. But with just one P/C channel.
This file is an example, though it could work. It needs to be expanded with macro's when you want more control over it. (Use macro's in place of gobo's). How you fill that in, is up to you.
You could create 1 macro that sets 4 patterns/chases to something, or create a macro that sets one pattern/chase to something.

Re: Acme Miracled 4/7ch HELP
you are in offline mode because you have running sequences or have the cue window open.
The purpose is that you can program fixture during running a show. all dmx from running sequences will be send out to your interface. . if you have the magic3D running you can see what you are doing in offline mode
