KORG Nano2 Key - Output not working

Hi All,

I have been setting one of these up this afternoon and I am reasonably confident in setting up the various keys to the functions. Before I went further I checked to see if I could get an output on either the DMX output window or Easy View M3D. Unfortunately I cannot see anything. I used the setup advice from here -
