Help movement don't work

Post by Jan_K »

Hej folks

Think my PC is f.....

When I uses the arrows the blue ball goes direct into the left side and I can't move it with the arrows.
If I press right arrow the Pan value increases from 0 to 1 and thats all.
I can only shift between 0 and 1 pressing the arrows.

If I use the mouse and the blue ball then it all works. Both the 8bit and 16 channel change nicely.

I have reinstalled FS but it is the same.

Any ideas.

you can also do it like this.

1) Delete Freestyler (first make a Back up file)
2) Download a Registry program (jv16 Powertools)
3) Delete Freestyler Registry
4) Install freestyler again

maby this will help

Hej Spirit.

It was an error 40. (Error was placed 40 cm infront of the monitor)

I got the no. 2 PC back. It was out on a set.

Just turned it on and it had the exact same error and that one I knew was working just a few hours before I turned it on.

So what I missed was that when PC no. 2 was out on the set the guys had thaken my USB-DMX interface with them.

And when I started FS without the interface there just came the popup "Falied to open DMX."
Not a problem because I just need to have a look and some screen plot to the wiki.

But without the interface the error is there and when the interface is attaced then the error is gone.
And it is repeatable.

It may be an idea to maye it so, that if the program fail to open, then the pop-up box makes it possible to select / continue with, virtual interface.
