Im not sure if i use correct english, but i hope that its understandable.
I Have 6 Showtec RGB Led Pars at the correct DMX Adress connected to my PC with Freestyler. When i set the lights to any color, one of them keeps flashing. Its no strobe, it looks more like a broken lamp/bulb.
I Checked the DMX adress, but they are fine.
I guess its not the fixture, because the other pars work well.
But when i connect all 6 lamps to a simple DMX Controller, they all work fine. No flashing, just the way they should work. So at the same time this makes me think it is the fixture.
I hope i can solve the problem with a little help!

Re: Problem with my Showtec RGB Led
Cheap LED DMX fixtures are known to disturb/crunch DMX signals. This happens mostly if the base signal is somewhat weak (inexpensive dongle, very long cable, many devices between dongle and flickering fixture).
What dongle are you using?
I had this once when I was still using Vellemann dongles (never ever ever ever go for these!). I rented 8 Chauvet rainbow strips. The last 3 in the chain were flashing like they were having a seizure.
Does it help if you don't connect all pars at once? Ie. when connecting 4 or less, do they still flicker?
Have you tried using DMX-cables (instead of just simple microphone XLR cables)?
Another solution might be to invest in a proper dongle (Enttec Pro for example) or you might want to use a DMX Splitter-Booster.
