Hello,
Before we begin, I want to clarify that I am a French student, I apologize for my English mistakes.
I bought several Stairville MH-360 and I want to control them with the software Freestyler. Fixture files does not exist in the software or on the internet. So I have to create it.
Here a link for the description :

Hej
You are a bit off but lets take it in small steps.
First updat to the latest version of FreeStyler. Your Fixture Creator is an old version 6.1
"Pan 8bit" channel 1, "Pan 16Bit" channel 2, and "Pan range" 540.
"Tilt 8bit" channel 3, "Tilt 16bit" channel 4, and "Tilt range" 220.
Remove channel 6 from "shutter ch"
Strobe "Off" = 0, min = 16, max = 247 and add a med value.
remove the lamp value 110 and 255
Change "Color Wheel 1" to 12.
This is just for a start.

You have not changed 1st. color wheel from 9 to 12.
And you have to fill in the values on the color wheel tab.
And intensity min = 0 and max 255.
Have a look on the wiki. there are a lot of exampels on how to create fixture.

Have a look
I have not entered all the chase values in the color wheel and as I don't know the colors I have just given the colors a number icon.
Also the values may need to be adjusted.
