Enttec usb/dmx Pro 2 mkII

Hello all,
first time here. I just purchased an Enttec Pro 2 usb/dmx mkII (the one with the dongle of wires)-the only issue is that it's not on the interface pull-down menu.

Do I simply select a different Enttec?
