When you install Freestyler make sure you set a check mark at "Sunlite Magic 3D Easy View", otherwise the viewer is not installed. If you forgot to set the checkmark run the install again and make sure you not have  set the checkmarks for "overwite all fixture profiles" and "Reset all settings to default". this way nothing happens with your fixtures and setiing. only the "3D" button would change in Freestyler.
