Touchscreen Background image problems 4.1.4

Upgrading to version 4.1.4 the background images on touchscreen pages 1 + 2 are now grey ( only use pages 1 and 2) reloading has no effect, has something changed ? When I go back to 4.1.1 they are there again.

Updated to version 4.1.5 and issue resolved, many thanks
