MEV3D starting but no imagery

Hi, I have made a bit of progress by going back to an older version of FS I had backed up. MEV3D starts when I use the FS icon start but there is no imagery in the frame. It is just picking up the background of the screen. Has anyone had this before and any help as always much appreciated please....??
