NEVER Wind XLR Cables around your ARM and HAND... You will Twist the Innter Cables and Damage them.

Do Wind them in the Loop Fashion...

That should apply to ALL cable types, not just DMX.
Always treat your cables well, they are the life source of your kit!

I agree, I use this for power cables, coaxial cable, and even the garden hose!
