Creating New Sequence button not working

I am trying to create new sequences with my software and I press the create new sequence button and it doesn't do anything. All the other buttons on top work but that one. I went over to the menu bar and tried there too and it also didn't start up the create a new sequence. I am using Freestyler 3.6.49

Any help is appreciated!

If you are hitting the the white piece of paper at the top of the screen and another window does not open then something is corrupt. I would try uninstalling completely then reinstalling and see if that fixes the issue
