Multiple Displays

Post by ken536 »

Hey there,

I'm currently making my own RGB Display Pixel boards. With multiple boards i'm able to make a huge LED display.
My boards currently hold 10 RGB LEDS like this:

Code: Select all

RGB RGB RGB RGB RGB

RGB RGB RGB RGB RGB
Each led had 3 adresses for RGB values.
Now freestyler is problably able to drive just one of these display's with LEDtrix. But how can I use multiple display's (and even on other DMX universes?!)

I think he likes to Control More then one Ledmatrix with just one Time freestyler.

But thats not possible you can only Control ONE led matrix at the time with Freestyler.

And if you like to have more Universes/Led matrix you need a Second DMX device and a Second Pc.

oke your idea is to Use Multiple SMALL RGB boards to Create ONE BIG RGB board?

Or to just use all the 50 small boards, seperate from Eachother?

Owww after some calculations, you need 1500 DMX channels, so 3 Universes.
the only Software i can Think of is Avolight Pearl 2010 With TITAN Mode i'm not sure which verion. but with the latest update they made a Pixelmapper. and that desk got 4 Universes, the only bad thing about it that its a Desk from around the 10.000 Euro.
