Lighting:
HP Pavilion dv7-1130us laptop running Win7 x64, FreeStyler, MIDI-OX, and Windows Media Player (for music in between sets)
Enttec Pro interface
16 500w PAR64 cans - 4 each of Yellow, Red, Blue, and Green - Backlighting
8 300w PAR56 cans - 2 each of Italian Blue, Magenta, Dark Blue (soon Purple), and Orange - Facial lighting
4 ADJ AccuSpot 250-II moving heads - 2 on the floor in front of the drums, 2 hanging from the backlight truss
1 ADJ 750w Strobe
2 Altman 3x3 MoleFay fixtures - on the floor with the 2 lower moving heads as audience blinders
1 LeMaitre Radiance hazer - gawsh I love that thing :)

We also have another 24 PAR64's (mixed 500w and 1000w), a few more PAR56's, some PAR38's, and some other miscellaneous stuff, but none of the venues we play at have enough available electric service to be able to run everything - in fact, the above list is our "Full Production" rig for the venues we have enough available power for. Our "small club" rig is 8 PAR64's and 8 PAR56's.

Audio:
2 EV MTL-2 subwoofers, upgraded to EV 1000w drivers (4 drivers total in 2 cabinets), 1 each stage left/right
2 EV MTH-2 Mid/High cabinets, each containing 1 high 90/90 degree horn and 1 mid 90/90 degree horn (I don't remember power specs offhand), 1 each stage left/right
1 Peavey GPS3500 powering the subs, stereo
1 Peavey PV2600 powering the mids, stereo
1 Peavey PV900 powering the highs, stereo
1 Rane GE-60 EQ for main stereo mix
2 EV MT crossovers/processors
4 custom built 200w monitor wedges (12" speaker and 60/40 high horn in each)
1 Peavey CX800x4, 1 wedge per channel
1 or 2 Yamaha 01-V digital mixers, depending on venue
4 Shure SM58 vocal mics
2 Shure SM57 guitar mics
1 Shure SM57 snare mic
1 Shire SM57 hi-hat mic (depending on venue)
3 Sennheiser 604 drum mics on toms
1 Shure Beta 91 kick drum mic
