Iv rewritten the connection class and base code to include all the receive stuff so all the other pages should be quick to add using the existing code and the new base class.
Submasters are now possible because of this so will definitely be adding them.
Once i have a working product it will be released to the beta tester(s) im having a few minor glitches which i believe to be down to FS, sometimes FS doesn't send the commands to the app which leave me with blank overides.

Im planning to add a cache to get details when not available.

I've bought your great app mate.

But i've got 2 problems.

1 I need to have acces to my macro's list from my phone? Can it be possible soon?
2 I don't see name's of my cue etc and nothing can't help me.

My version of FREESTYLER is 3.5.4

Macros, Not happening soon unfortunately. I will place a feature request with Raph (the FS developer) to add commands to access macros and the other associated commands required.

You have to set the names manually for the moment until the new app releases. press and hold a button to rename it.

For using the macro's you can make youre settings in the overide buttons

When's the new release coming? I'm getting anxious to have my cue list labels showing up!

the app is fantastic.

i do more programming rather than just running and it would be great to add the following functions.

fixture, cue and override buttons names pulled directly from free styler rather than having to type them in.

the selection button to maybe change another collour to indicate that it is active unless you can see the computer screen its impossible to know what fixtures you have selected and what ones you have not.

individual fixture control, i know you have group selection which is fantastic but some times i need to move just one fixture in that group and i cant do that unless i setup every fixture as its own group.. its a work around but a pain in the ass.

i know things are still in the beta stage and im sure as hell not knocking the hard work so far, a fantastic little bit of software for next to nothing in price

If I understand correctly, that's due in the next release. Check out the video, it shows the name pulling.

thats great, serves me right for not watching the video first. will that apply to the cue sheet and fixure names as well?

also will there be an addition to the fixture name (group name) page that indicates when they are active or not? a simple border around the button would be great

That much I'm not sure of, but agree with. Hopefully the creator will see the suggestions here!

Most of the suggestions are allready built, apart from individual fixtures which FS doesnt support right now.

Where is the beta? It sucks waiting for a release that just does not seem to be coming out. I know the app never cost much but had so many prommises that just dont seem to come

No point releasing an app that isn't compatible with the majority of FS users.

Just bought the Pro app and tested it for the first time, minimal costs but great thing to have and use. The only two things that I miss are the Submasters and Fixture selection. Are there any plans for getting these menu's in the app in the future? That would be great! Keep up the good work!

Submasters Yes, Fixture selection. Waiting for FS developer to add to Freestylers server commands.

I bought PRO APP and not everything works. I FreeStyler version 3.5.5 maybe that's why. When you download the 3.5.6 Google Chrome displays MALICIOUS SOFTWARE! What to do? You can just have one?

3.5.6 is available via the first page on the forum. Chrome flags as mal ware but I have scanned and is clean. Matt

I'm using the newest versions of fs and the app.

How come I can only have 16 cue list buttons on the laptop, but the android app has 4 times as many? Is there a way to only show the 16 buttons and have them fill up the whole button area, so that the buttons are larger. I actually mix music when I'm djing. I'm having a hard time with the buttons being so small. I will often hit the wrong button and since I'm so worried about my mix I won't notice it for a few minutes.

I use fs and the app all the time. It makes my setup ten times better. Thank you for all the work.
