i think that i can somewhere find fixture profile for light jockey software, but now, i‚m using freestyler

I am not able to see the images clear and you have not submitted the DMX table so it is a bit difficult to see exact what is wrong but here is a guess.

Just a note. On the net I found that it is 14ch fixture and you have only reserved 12ch for. This you need to confirm / figure out. This is very important.

If I read and see this correct then you have pan on ch 11 ant tilt on ch 12.
This means that the entry "Pan 8bit" must be 11 and entry "Tilt 8bit" must be 12

You now need to figure out if this is a fixture with pan and tilt fine control.
If it is then these values are to be entered in the "Pan 16bit" and "Tilt 16bit" entry.
It they are not used then these fields are to be cleared.
My guess is that they are on ch 13 and 14 but this you need to verify.
