Question about BMFL FollowSpot

Hi there. It's question from Hong Kong.
We've got the old version BMFL FollowSpot which camera and the fixture are separated.
We got problems in calculating the offset once after we turn down all the equipment.
We tried to disconnect all the power and DMX then let the robospot synchronize all the devices.
The Pan Tilt offset still can not go to the average. It turns to the very one side.
Yet we tried to adjust the offset directly in the fixture and the camera. We wonder it may help but it isn't work.
