Attached is a fixture file that I think will work. The manual did not have a lot of information so the fixture file does not have any macros or custom sliders but all 15 channels are configured. After you add and then select the fixture you will want to click on Window and then click on All.

I have no way to test.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
