I have created a fixture file for an LED moving head sourced from China. After export from FC and import into FS I can operated the fixture via the sliders on the right side of the screen.
When I select the function 'Window | All" nothing happens. When trying this on another fixture it looks alright; i.e. I get popup windows for say color wheel, gobo, macros, lamp etc.
Why is this not working? I obviously must be doing something wrong but can't find anything.
Any help much appreciated.

You could try reading the tutorials, or uploading your fixture so we can see if anything looks like it might have been missed out.
