Hi, I am trying to create a profile for the Lanta Neptune Tumbler which is a double ended RGBW moving head, in 19 Channel DMX mode.
http://www.lantalighting.com/app/upload ... ndbook.pdf
The fixture file basically works OK but I have a couple of bugs in it
When I tick the little box for the first RGBW segment in free syler I can change the colour on one end of the head, however when I deselect that and tick the little box for the second RGB segment and try to control it, I am changing the colour for both ends of the moving head (segments 1&2)
Also I see a slider in Freestyler for Warm White (WW), even though I only have a channel allocated to Cold White (CW) and moving either slider alters the white intensity
Could someone help me please, this is the fist time i tried to create a Fixture file with segments and probably made some simple mistake
Thanks
Rich

Re: Problem with RGB Segments
Hej Rich
Remove the RGBW channels on the Fixture Config tab.
You have channel 8,9,10 and 11 defined in two places and in this case it gives some problems.
They are only to be defined in the RGB segment tab.
It is a bit complex but the short version is.
If you have a fixture with a master , example, red control and individual segment control then the master channel is set in config tab and the segment control in the segment tab.
I require a fixture with this special master control channel.
Regarding the warm / cold white channel then I think it is an error in FreeStyler where the two white channels are swapped
I only have cold white when I remove the RGBW channels from the config tab.
