From the Fixture Creator please export your fixture definition and upload it to this thread.
Reading the manual you supplied (Thank you), channel 5 and 6 work together for the strobe effect (as well as the dimmer channel 7).

good news! I had the lights set to 3 channel. I'm a dope. switched them to 8 channel and they work great with that fixture. hope I didn't waste anyone's time. thanks
