Please supply a link to the user manual or upload the user manual to this discussion thread.
A search for your light returned multiple instruments.
There are several possible issues.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
I have a little bit problem with manual because I get only one page in package.
The same "manual" is on website from auction.
That is a link http://allegro.pl/kolorofon-18-led-30w- ... 49466.html
There is a infromation about signal DMX 7/4,
You know what is this ?

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
The documentation is not very helpful. DMX 7/4 might mean that the fixture can physically be configured as a 7 channel or a 4 channel device. Please use the configuration menu on the instrument to determine if this is correct.
I've attached a rudimentary 7 channel fixture. Please use it to experiment with your light. A channel should control the red. Another the green and another the blue. A channel may also control overall dimming and one may control strobe, another sound.
Make sure the instrument is configured to be controlled by DMX.
Many of these lights have build in programs. If the instrument is configured to use the build in programs then it will not react to the DMX signal.
To experiment, attach the light to a DMX universe controlled by Freestyler. Use the Freestyler sliders to find which channels control the RGB. Then set the RGB channels to 50% or higher. Now use each of the other sliders, one at a time, and observe the effects on the lights. Once this information is available we can update the Freestyler fixture to match what happens with the light.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
So, I set all channels in freestyler on 60%, and light doesn't shine.
when i set channel 1 on 72%, 88%, 128%, 160%, 208%, light shine in all colors and not blinking(other channels set on 60%)
Channel 2: if i set 1 channel for example on 88% channel 2 don't response, but if I set channel 1 on 60%, channel 2 behaves like channel 1, but light shine in all colors at other procentages for example 80-83% and in 108% light change slowly blink in blue-red colors.
Channel 3-7: if I set other channels on 60% and i move sliders light behaves similary (blinking, doesn't shine and shine).
in my opinion all channels works similary, there is no channel responsible for red color, blue color, green or blinking etc.
It's a strange thing.
sorry for late response.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
The light has 4 operating modes (Auto, Sound, DMX, Master-slave).
First, please verify you have the light physically configured for DMX. This is done using the control buttons on the instrument, probably on the back. The display indicates the function of the just pressed button.
It must be set to DMX for Freestyler to control it.
Again, the DMX 7/4 may mean it can be configured as a 7 channel or 4 channel device.
For this experiment configure the physical instrument to 7 channel mode
Please try this experiment:
Set all sliders to 0
Move channel 1 to 100 - how did the light react?
Move channel 1 to 0
Move channel 2 to 100 - how did the light react?
Move channel 2 to 0
repeat this for channel 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Hopefully you found which channels control the Red, Green and Blue lights.
If not then there is probably a Master Dimmer channel.
Move all channels to 0
Move channel 1 to 100 - keep channel 1 set to 100
Move channel 2 to 100 - how did light react?
Move channel 2 to 0
Move channel 3 to 100 - how did light react?
Move channel 3 to 0
repeat for channel 4, 5, 6, 7
If this does not find which channels control the Red, Green and Blue lights then you must continue to search for the Master Dimmer.
Move all channels to 0
Move channel 2 to 100 - keep channel 2 set to 100
Move channel 1 to 100 - how did light react?
Move channel 1 to 0
Move channel 3 to 100 - how did light react?

If you have not found the Master Dimmer and the Red, Green, Blue channels then, with out the manual, I don't think I can help you.
If you have found the Master Dimmer and the Red, Green, Blue channels the set all four of these channels to 100. Now, one at a time, move each of the other channels to 100 slowly and note the reaction of the light and then move it back to 0.
One of these channels probably controls the instrument's reaction to sound.
Sound and Auto will override the RGB channels.
One of these controls may be a strobe channel. The lights will strobe (blink), the speed controlled by this channel - from slow to fast.
We REALLY need the manual. I've done multiple searches and have not been able to find it. The following is the only specifications I've found:
power: 30W
18 RGB LEDs
dmxIN input
dmxOut output
support for DMX signals 7/4
4 operating modes (Auto, Sound, DMX, Master-slave)
LCD display informing about the current work drift
built-in microphone
I apologize for this very long post. I wanted to be very detailed in the instructions.
Good luck!

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
When i connected other lights to freestyler they don't shine at start and i can set all channels normally, but when I coneected "kolorofon" he's all time blinking(strobo) and all channels in this light behaved similary. It's for your information.
I used all your methods, and for all channels light works similary
If i keep 100 on 1 channel, channel 3 on 0-100 light changing methods shine colors(slowly blinking on color red, fast changing all colors etc.)
channel 2 80-100 - works similary to channel 3 and when i set on channel 60 light not blinking and shine in all colors
channel 4 0-100 - fast strobo only changing colors
other channels works similary.
I set channel 3 on 60
and I can change a colors on channel 4 (40-50 blue red green), (0-40 green with blue, etc,) over 63 light blinking.
channel 1 on 0-60 (works for changing methods colors)
other channels if i set to 60 without reaction over 60 light blinking

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
If you understand the American saying, I'm grasping at straws.
Use a different DMX cable to the Kolorofon and repeat the experiment. Low probability but it may fix the problem.
If you do not have a terminator in the DMX OUT connector of the last instrument, that may also be the problem - again low probability. Link: https://www.google.com/search?q=dmx+ter ... XU_DpPQMHM:
It is possible your lighting instrument has failed.
I've posted a request on Facebook asking for the manual. Maybe someone will have one.
I am out of ideas on what to try next. I'm very sorry I've been unable to help you.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
Since all 3 instruments have the same issue the probability that all 3 instruments have failed is very low, though it could be a design, engineering or manufacturing issue.
You said in a prior post that other instruments are working correctly with Freestyler. This eliminates the problem being with Freestyler.
If you do not have a terminator that could be the problem but, unless your total DMX Universe cable length is very long, it most likely is not.
The remaining possibility is a physical configuration issue. If you are willing, perform the physical configuration, taking a picture of the display on the back of the instrument for each step. Upload the pictures and we can try to determine if the configuration is the problem.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
I watched the video. Thank you for posting it.
If I understood what I saw in the video the light is not configured as a DMX controlled light. If it is controlled by DMX then there is no need to configure the Red, Green, Blue values or the Strobe value via the instrument's control panel. I'm not sure but it looks like you may have been entering a custom program.
Please try this. After you press the left hand button (which is the mode button I think), press the up or right arrow button a few times. Please video this and post it.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
That is very possible. If the instrument has a strobe channel and the DMX value being sent to the instrument is within the active strobe range the light will blink.
If you are positive the instrument is in DMX mode perhaps the instruments DMX addresses overlap other lighting fixtures DMX addresses. This can cause some very strange results.

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
A1 seems to be the DMX mode. The UP/DOWN buttons should set the starting DMX address (and Freestyler must have this same address).
The r seems to control the RED
The g seems to control the Green
The b seems to control the blue
The d seems to control Strobe
The IP might select the internal program
I am not sure what A2, A3, A4, A5 control (though your tapping indicates sound control)
You may have already done this but try:
Press the MODE button until the display starts with A1
Press the UP/DOWN buttons until the display reads A101
Press the ENTER button
Make sure the Freestyler fixture has a starting address of 1
Try the last experiment.

the d is a DMX because when I don't have connected instrument to FS on this mode, instrument not blinking, so it's not strobo

A101-A110 colors
A201-A210 automatically changing color
A301-A310 slowly changing color
A401-A410 sound reaction
A501-A510 strobo with color
I think A seems like a automatic

Re: led mini flat par light 18led - need fixture
There is a DMX group on Facebook. A member sent me a link to the user manual. I've attached the PDF.
Based on this user manual I've created the attached Freestyler Fixture file.
You were correct, the d is for DMX.
After you import and add the fixture to the Freestyler workspace, select it.
After you select it click on the top menu item Window -> All
This will open the following additional Freestyler windows (you might need to move them around in order to see all of them):
Lamp
Macros
Custom Sliders
Colors
The Macros and Custom Sliders windows control channel 3. In order for the Colors window to work channel 3 needs to have a value of 0 to 50. The macro DMX in the Macros window sets channel 3 to 0.
Give this a try and let me know the results.
