Attached is my attempt for the 43 channel configuration.

After you add the fixture to the Freestyler workspace and select it click Window -> All (top menu)

These additional windows should then display (you might need to move them around to see them all):
Macros
Lamp
Colors
Custom Sliders

In the Colors window you will see check boxes in the lower left corner. These are the RGBW segments and will control the color of the individual lights. Check the box or boxes of the light you want to control via the Colors window.

In the Macros window clicking on Normal sets the instrument to Dimmer mode (channel 8 and channel 9 are set to DMX value 0). Clicking on Color Fade sets channel 8 to DMX value 5 and channel 9 to DMX value 0.

The custom sliders control channel 8 and channel 9 functions. The range of the sliders is set to match the values for the listed function. Note that once you use a custom slider you must either use a macro or the standard Freestyler sliders in the upper right corner to set the channel(s) to 0. Moving the custom slider to the far left set the channel value to the lowest value of the range, not 0.

Your feedback will be appreciated.

Just reread your post and realized you wanted the 13 channel configuration.
