Attached is my attempt. I have no way to test it so please provide any feedback (problems, improvements, etc.)
After you add the fixture to the Freestyler workspace and select it click on the top menu item Window -> All
The following additional windows should appear (you may need to move them around a bit in order to see them all):
Gobos
Colors
Lamp
Custom Sliders
Pan / Tilt

This appears to be a standard DMX controlled instrument using a 3 pin XLR connector. I can think of no reason it would not work with Freestyler. Make sure the voltage at your venue is correct for the instrument but that is a Freestyler issue.
