From my understanding the DMX400 chaser changes fixture colours based on the beats received from the Sound 2 Light module.
How about a way to make an old school sound to light effect like the old Pulsar 3000/4000 units that would send colour changes or rather change channel intensities (on of off) based on audio frequencies. Where a fixture would flash on if a bass, lower middle, upper middle and treble frequency was detected?
