Minimum time when creating sequences

Hi Rapheal,

When creating sequences, the minimum time that I can set is 100mS. When I run the sequence as a submaster I can increase the speed to 400% (and the lights keep up). Could you change the minimum time when creating a sequence to 25mS so that there is no need to adjust the speed when running as a submaster.
