Beat on Midi Controller

Post by Mathieuvg »

Hi

I'm setting up Freestyler, so that I can control it over my Akai LPD8. So far it worked quite well with some tweaks. To sync the sequences I'm using the tap sync with the LPD8, which also workes quite good, but it would be even better if the actual beat was flashing on the button, just like the "tap sync" button in the software does. Is there a "Note out" option in the midi control settings that does that, or is there some other way that would do something like that?

Thanks for the help!

hi,
I also asked a similar question, but unfortunately there is no software solution, only if you make changes on the board ..
