The file Import in freestyler fixture creator v4 program does not work?

Hi all,
The file Import in freestyler v4 fixture creator v6.9.2 program does not work.
When I click File > Import the "Import Packed Fixture File" dialog window does not open.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
