Colors not shutting off

I have a bunch of Lumi Professional 500 PAR 64 LED lights. I created several cues for the individual colors of red, green and blue. What I'm experiencing is when I turn on the red queue and switch to green, the red remains on. Then when I switch to blue, the red and green also remain on. Shouldn't they shut off automatically when I switch to a different color?

Only if you program it that way. Many people layer cues for desired effects.
If you want something in a cue then add it but also anything you dont want in a cue needs to be set.
Your programming should look like this if you want the colors to not layer:
Red Cue
Red 255 Snap(yellow)
Green 000 Snap
Blue 000 Snap
Dimmer 255 Snap (if you have a dimmer channel)
Green Cue
Red 000 Snap(yellow)
Green 255 Snap
Blue 000 Snap
Dimmer 255 Snap (if you have a dimmer channel)
Blue Cue
Red 000 Snap(yellow)
Green 000 Snap
Blue 255 Snap
Dimmer 255 Snap (if you have a dimmer channel)
