Advice to control 4 moving heads in one fixture

I have two of the Cameo hydrabeam 400 RGBW which has four separate mini moving heads, independently contollable tilt, pan and colour.
I wonder what will be the best way to build a fixture file for those are.
It's OK for me, if all four get the same tilt, pan and colour data. But in fixture creator there is only possible to have one channel for each.
It would be perfect if the tilt channel could be made as CH, 1,4,7 and 10 (example).
Another way would be to treat them as four fixtures.
What is your opinion ?

Make four individual fixture files and always set them up with addresses following each other.
Example: if the whole fixture is sixteen channel then create a four channel fixture file then add 4 of them concurrent.
Assuming you start at address 1 it would be:
Fixture 1 Address 1
Fixture 2 Address 5
Fixture 3 Address 9
Fixture 4 Address 13
In the software it will think and treat as four different fixtures even though there is only one connection

As Partyman says 4 individual fixtures.

And if you have sufficient channels then use the 56 ch mode.
In that mode you have 4 individual fixtures of 14 channels.

In the other modes you will have some controls which control all heads and this makes things more complex.

Thanks guys for advice. Yes, I started to make exactly as you say to define four different fixtures which always need to be used together.
