One possible problem. Your picture shows custom sliders. When you define custom sliders you set a min and max value. The number at the end of the custom slider is the percent of the min-max range, not the value sent to the instrument. ie. if the min is 100 and the max is 150 and you "turn off" the slider (0 shows at the end of the slider) the DMX value that Freestyler sends the light is 100 (the min value). To send the light a 0 you will need to use the standard Freestyler sliders in the upper right hand corner of the workspace or create a macro or gobo or color wheel that will set the 0 value.
