FreeStyler X2 3.6.0.40 does not work correct with ArtNet.
You can't Access Universe > 3
Net and SubNet addressing works properly BUT Universe adressing Fails.
If Universe >3 then the nodes will disconnect from the ArtNet.
and several other Problem.
Here Comes a detailed short list:

Net, SubNet, Universe
0,0,0 wokrs properly
0,0,1 works properly
0,0,1 will also received @ node site 0,0,2
0,0,2 works ok
0,0,3 Woks ok
0,0,4 ... 0,0,15 NO ArtNet any more

Net and SubNet works correct, just the Universe Setting failes

Tested with several PCs under Win 7 & 10 No Firewall, No Wifi Just ArtNet LAN

Indeed, there is a bug in the Art-Net module that gives some issues when selecting other universes.
