Re-patching fixtures to the other universe

Hi guys,

Has anyone worked out a way to re-patch fixtures to the other universe?
Currently working on a show that 50% of the time uses one universe for house dimming circuits and then our touring rig on the second universe so would be nice to be able to program cues up and just swap patching as and when needed.

Any ideas?
