Talking to Mac 550s

I have been having troubles talking to Mac 550's has anyone had this trouble or am I forgetting to do something? Does it need to go through Lightjockey??? Someone please help!!!!

Yeah to be honest I have trouble talking to my lights they just never wanna seem to talk back!

what dongle are u using? to transmit DMX is it setup in freestyler correctly? Freestyler runs on its own Lightjockey is similair software that does the same thing but costs a fortune (Softwares free DMX output device is the money maker)

Enttec Open Dmx USB.. okay well i'm making progress, i can turn the lamp on and off but still no movement i'm gonna try a factory reset on all fixtures and then make sure that the pan tilt values are correct in fixture creator.

Yipee :D Okay, got it working just noticed that the fixtures were in Extended mode instead of basic, switched over and everything worked great. Thanks guys.
