Hallo. Newbie here.
Our band is willing to use freestyler live on stage with sound2light for controller the led pars (6 pieces).
As far as we tested it Works flawlessly.
The only thing we would like to change (preferably with midi codes) is the beat multiplier and beat divider. I know it can be done on the laptop directly, but we want it remotely controlled, so the laptop for dmx can be in the flightcase with the digital mixer.
Is there anyone who has allready overcome this problem? Or is it not possible.... freestyler can be controlled with midi, but can sound2light ?

Sound o light is an external program and as such I don't think it's possible sorry for the delay!

An alternative would be to use the tap sync feature which is accessible via midi,
Use foot pedals to make the show Dynamic,
Overrides for breaks, solos, and voice-overs
Chases for rhythm sections using tap sync.

The GoMonkey Addon may be useful for this, it allows you to create a setlist of lighting scenes for each song, and access them via midi.
