Right Click Menu on Fixtures strange behaviour

Strange right click menu behaviour with fixtures .....
Click on the back ground to de-select all fixtures. Then click to select any fixture.
Once this is selected right click the fixture, you get a small menu in the top left of the FreeStyler screen with most menu's disabled offering:
Undo
Cut
Copy
Paste
Delete
Select All (only option enabled)
If you then right click the fixture again you can get the proper fixture right click menu to pop up. This is constantly reproducable for me, and under other circumstances too. I can produce screen shots if required.
