DTS XR5 Spot Fixture file moving head [SOLVED]

Post by Alexk »

Hello everyone.

I've just turned 18 and have been supplying lights for DJ's (school mates) for 2 years now. It's been my strange hobby but I love it. Well I bought two Chauvet Q-spot 260's this year and a few led spots also and business has been booming. I recently got asked to do a small concert by a sound company and they are allowing me to program their lights. Its pretty exciting for me, however they have given me two moving heads which i can't find any fixture files for.. :( I'm freaking out!

If anyone could help design a fixture file for these movers, Ill say a prayer to the gods for you! (hopefully they exist)

their called DTS XR5'S - A 250w discharge mover with 15 or 20-something channels. Im only looking for a 15 channel file though :) I have the manual with me in pdf!

fixture: http://www.dts-australia.com.au/product ... /xr5-spot/
Manual: http://www.dts-australia.com.au/wp-cont ... .1_eng.pdf

If I can assist in any other way, I also found a fixture file for what appears to be a similar or 'next model-up' fixture. Maybe this could help you create one faster if you are willing to try. Thankyou so much! DTS XR9 - viewtopic.php?f=79&t=4864
