please can someone help me to create these fixtures, im new to freestyler so would really appreciate the help iv had a few attempts but not getting anywhere, if someone could help me id really appreciate it, here is the link to the user manual

No.
It is not in the complete library.
But it is a simple fixture and there are tutorials that guide you so you should be able to do it your self.
