How to add to buttons....?

Post by Goochie »

Hi Guys,
been using FS for ages now as mobile DJ but never worked out how to Add a Sequence to Buttons.
everytime I program a set of sequences and hit save I tick add to buttons box but buttons are always clear?
Nothing ever appears on the buttons? What am I doing wrong?

Also will buttons work as a trigger for a set of sequences One cue, or will they only go to first scene in sequence?
I would much prefer to use the buttons to trigger my Sequences than the playback feature..
All help appreciated in advance, many thanks...
Goochie

There are two types of buttons - are you looking in the right place?

There are cuelist buttons - which execute a number of cuelists in the entirety (incl mutli-step sequences).
Then there are override buttons - these only execute step 1 of the sequence.
Override buttons are on the buttons panel, the cuelist buttons are on the cue panel. When you do add to buttons they add to the cuelist buttons on the cue panel not overrides. overrides just use drag and drop to get them on there.
