Hello;
I am trying to setup my first Freestyler install but with the submaster issue it is causing problems.
I get a bounce back from:
lj_krede.dk@freestylersupport dot com
and
support@telenet dot be
Does anybody have any suggestion?
Also, when I click on a cue in the cuelist (play) it automatically assigns it to a submaster but does not put the name in (like all the demos I have seen seem to), is that normal behavior? It took me a couple hours to figure out why none of my cues were working (they all were at 20% so they did not meet the threshold for the lights to turn on).
I was hoping to use this live in a show this Friday to test out but I am way behind setting everything up.
Thank you in advance,
Joe

Re: Submaster problem needing beta
Well...this is a bummer.
Been trying to learn/use this program all week.
Known bug with a fix but can't get it.
Could somebody verify if this is how the submasters is supposed to work:
Whenever you click on a cue in the cuelist it is automatically assign it to a submaster without asking.
Because that is what was so confusing, it is doing that but not putting the cue name in the submaster.
If you actually load one it puts the name in.
But click a cue, and it wont play because it is in a submaster at 20% but with no name so it is hard to realize it.
Thanks,
Joe

Hej jruder.
I have tried to verify your issue but can't get the same fail as you.
Can you describe a bit more step by step what you are doing.

Re: Submaster problem needing beta
Hej Joe.
I will not try to make any deep explain what happens as the only knowing what is going on in sub master / cue interaction is Raphael.
But basically if you only open the cue window with the cue button (play icon) then you should be able to play back the sequence as you are doing it.
If you use the sub master it is a bit different.
Make 4-5 different sequences.
Place then in a cue list.
Save the cue list.
insert / drag the cue list into the sub master window.
You should now see the sequences you have created in the sub master window.
If you have place the "cue list" in the first Sub master.
Then each time you double click on a sequence in the sub master it will shift the sequence running in the cue window.
What you have done is that you have made a sequence RGB which FreeStyler recognize as a intensity control.
When you open Sub master then it automatically take intensity control over all sequences in the cue window and therefore you have to use the fader on the sub master to get anything out.
