Problem with my digital enlightenment interface

First I wants to say hello 4 all. Hello.

I have problem with my controller on digital enlightenment driver. The problem exist up from freestyler version. 3.5.5. No other version of FS doesn't work for me :(

I always get error :error creating output thread:

I have found that this error means problem with connection between program and controller. Like I wrote only v3.5.5 work; is there a chance to check this? Maybe there is a bug in the newest version in digital enlightenment driver?

I know that is not good on this forum but with dmx control 3.0 my hardware work ok on digital enlightenment. And I love use FS; but now...

I have played with art-net driver and somehow I can now use Digital Enlightenment with FS. I don't now why but now its ok.

After clean instalation of windows problem is back. I get message that: file not found: usbdmxsi.dll 1220; but ofcoz the file is there.

If this keeps happening after trying different methods, then please report it as a bug on the bug tracker site.

I have the FX5 Interface too and the same problem. Can't get it work :(

I created a new entry at the BugTracker
http://www.freestylersupport.com/bugs/view.php?id=1277

Did you get it work again playing with the ArtNet-Driver or another workaround?
Hope the issue can be fixed soon.

Hello.
Exactly the same; But I have another solution I have simply install newest version first then on it some working old version (for me it is 3.5.5) end again newest version still on it. And I have always checked 1-reset program preferences to default and 2-instal all new fixtures.
Now I know that last step is not necessary; and Yours solution is more clean and elegant. Thanks for that link.

Yes, after changes it works very pretty by dedicated driver in program and by art-net program.

Q: How U extract this usbdmx library from freestyler2 setup .exe? Or where should I look this library?
