I am running freestyler 3.5.7 with a entec usb interface running directly into my lights at church. My interface isn't shown to have a connection in freestyler. Interface just blinks red and when I try and add it in setup it says output error. Is it my interface? Light is channeled right to device 1 address 1-7 but get no response when in program. Help please!

What enttec interface are you using? Open DMX? USB DMX PRO?
It could be more likely that you've not got drivers installed or the correct drivers?
